EXTENDAM has announced a forward purchase agreement for a new 4-star hotel in Seville, developed in partnership with Panoram Hotel Management. The property will be located at 2 Avenida Diego Martínez Barrio in Nervión, the city's prestigious commercial district, near historic landmarks, transport infrastructure and the city centre.

The hotel is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2028 and will feature 184 rooms alongside a comprehensive range of amenities: a restaurant, a bar, a rooftop pool with panoramic views, fitness facilities, three modular meeting rooms totalling 155 square metres and 40 parking spaces. The development aims to achieve BREEAM Very Good certification, in line with its environmental commitment, and will operate under an established international hotel brand.

Seville represents an attractive investment target as Spain's fourth-largest city and the capital of Andalusia, with strong economic growth in the aerospace, technology and service sectors. Its tourist appeal is supported by its UNESCO-listed heritage, with landmarks such as the Giralda, the Cathedral, the Alcázar and the Plaza de España.

According to EXTENDAM representatives, the city boasts "the second-highest RevPAR in the country after Barcelona", sustained by year-round demand from business and leisure travellers. The current hotel supply remains fragmented and dominated by small-scale properties, creating opportunities for larger, higher-quality developments. The project, driven by developer Grupo Insur, strengthens EXTENDAM's Iberian expansion strategy and Panoram Hotel Management's Andalusian footprint.
